Mid 20th Century; Original, stamped and tested 14K Size 12.5, yellow gold men’s combination cast and assembled diamond cluster ring with a flat shank and a brushed and polished finish. The yellow gold ring features a seven-round diamond cluster set on the top with an estimated total weight of .70ct., flanked on each side by a column of four round full-cut, pave-set diamonds with an estimated total weight of .84ct. for a total estimated gem weight of 1.54ct. There are recessed pointed peaks on the top and bottom of the rhodium-plated diamond settings. The ring measures 14.38 mm wide at the top, 10.90mm wide at the shoulders, and 3.50mm wide at the back of the brushed-finished band. The trademark is the script L next to a star. Identified with markings of “14K”. Contains seven prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 3.00 – 3.00 x 1.80mm (depth est.), approximate total weight of 7 stones = 0.70 ct., color is J-K, clarity is SI-2 to I-1, cut is very good. Eight pave set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.00 – 2.00 x 1.16mm (Depth est.), approximate total weight of 8 stones = 0.84ct. color is j-K, clarity is SI-2 to I-1, cut is very good. Overall, appears to be in very good estate found condition. Total weight of diamonds 1.54ct. Total weight of ring 10 grams. Please see photos.
