Description
Early 21st Century; Original, Estate found, Tag Heuer Carrera men’s steel 43mm automatic chronograph watch with box, ref. CV2A1R. Case: stainless steel, 43mm, Dial: Racing theme applied numerals, signed "Swiss Made", Movement: Tag Heuer calibre 16. The watch can wind and set and is running at time of evaluation. The functions seem to be working as they should. The watch comes on the original Tag Heuer leather strap and deployant buckle. The watch comes with the original inner/outer boxes and manual. There is some wear to the material inside the box. Overall appears to be complete and all original. We encourage all bidders to view and inspect this watch in our gallery. The TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 Automatic Chronograph Day-Date is a sports watch with a rich racing heritage, introduced in 2004 as an evolution of the classic 1960s Carrera. It is powered by the Calibre 16, a highly reliable movement based on the Valjoux 7750, and has been released in numerous models with variations in case size, materials, and dial design.
