Late 20th Century; Original, 13” height, 28.25” width; Single-sided menu sign titled “Pepsi-Cola The Light Refreshment.” Back is marked Mirro-Products High Point N.C. The sign features  (12) privilege panels with menu products and prices. After consulting with experts, we expect this sign to be made in the late 20th century. Your vintage Pepsi "The Light Refreshment" reverse-painted glass menu sign is a highly collectible piece of 1950s and 1960s soda fountain advertising. These pieces feature the classic mid-century script logo and were specifically designed for diners and drugstores to display their daily specials. Based in High Point, NC (a regional hub for manufacturing and industrial arts), Mirro-Products began by screen-printing advertising messages directly onto glass. The company was a major regional player in commercial signage, producing reverse-on-glass menu boards, wall mirrors, and clocks for major national brands, including Pepsi and Coca-Cola. As manufacturing technology advanced, the company expanded into plastics and styrene.

Bidders are always welcome to pickup at our gallery in lieu of shipping. MAAG will not arrange shipping for oversized items. It is on the bidder to find a courier or pick up at our gallery. Online Bidders: We will add shipping charges to your invoice once we have your shipping cost. Once payment for the invoice is received, we will have our shipping department package and prepare your items for shipping. That means we automatically prepare items for shipping after payment is collected. We use the address listed on your account for shipping.
