Literature

The 1931 B. Max Mehl The Star Rare Coin Encyclopedia Catalog is a vintage numismatic reference that holds value primarily for its historical significance and rarity. Unlike modern coin guides, its listed coin values are outdated, but it serves as a nostalgic glimpse into the world of early 20th-century coin collecting. B. Max Mehl (1884–1957) was a prominent coin dealer and auctioneer from Texas who published his catalogs for over half a century.
